CANCELLATION POLICY / REFUND
• No refund will be applicable for any cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the confirmed arrival.
• Free cancellations/Changes can be made 72 hrs prior to the arrival date.
• No show will be charged the full amount.
• The above conditions are applicable only for Individuals and may vary for groups accordingly.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
• Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 48hours prior to arrival at the hotel.
• In case of cancellation or amendment less than 48 hours before arrival the hotel will charge one-night Room retention.
The Cut off time for Guaranteed reservations will be held till 10:00am of the previous day of your arrival date. One-night room charge will be levied for any shows on arrival date of confirmed bookings. Blocked rooms for subsequent night wills be released
In case of any changes in GST / Other taxes, the same will be applicable and are subject to change.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Our standard check in time is 14:00 Hrs / check out time is 12:00 Hrs. We have 12 Standard Smoking Rooms available. It is subject to availability. Rest all non-smoking rooms. Kindly present your valid Government Photo identification (Aadhaar Card/ Driving License/ Passport) for all adults upon arrival. Reservations with check in prior to 07:00 hours are held from the previous Night as a Full day Charges. No pet animals are allowed in the hotel premises.
Children up to 8 years old can stay in room along with their parents without any additional charges, Children above 8 years will be considered for additional charges for the extra person.
Guests should strictly adhere to the Hotel policy while using Plunge pool and Fitness centre. Any extension of stay period is subject to availability of the rooms and hotel reserves the right to charge premium room tariff for the extended period. Minimum age of the individual guests to check in is above 18 years with valid ID Proof Visitors and non-registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms after 19.30 hrs.
